Users might paste internal orders, capacity planning, capital expenditure budgets, or customer leads into source materials. The system is only used to generate metrics, queues, capacity plans and audit records within the site; these will not be exposed by default, nor will customer identities, payment methods or production endpoints be automatically completed. Current 10 role review additions: Unify customer identification, order amount, backlog amount, capex, region/room scope, source text, revenue delay description, ROI assumptions, linked_orders, unknowns, and source_material into sensitive or commercially sensitive fields. ; Exports, logs, error messages, audit summaries, and history lists minimize the display of sensitive fields by default, and provide desensitization or clear prompts. ;When deleting items, users should be informed of the boundaries of visible copies, audit logs, exported copies, and backup retention within the site; Unknown backup retention configuration must be displayed as UNKNOWN or configured by the administrator. ; All user-pasted materials, OCR, transcription, imported records, and model output are untrusted content, and HTML/Markdown sanitization is required for display and Markdown export.

Project data and generation records are retained according to workspace settings; when deleting a project, visible copies of reports, queues, indicators, and audit logs in this site are simultaneously deleted. The backup retention period is subject to the configuration of the enterprise administrator.
